With these new updates, you can expect to see better auto-tagging results within your organization. Customer Service Taxonomy Update

In this update, we focused on giving the Customer Service Taxonomy enhanced support around emerging platforms like TikTok. We also added terms like Call Availability and Call Duration, among other areas. These updates promise improved categorization accuracy, facilitating smoother auto-tagging processes within your customer service infrastructure. As with all our taxonomies, the customer service taxonomy serves as a strong foundation metadata model which can still be customized to include additional terms related to your specific needs or industry.

WAND is constantly adding new terms to our taxonomies to better serve you and your organization.
