WAND DataFacet Taxonomy Integration
for Oracle Secure Enterprise Search
DataFacet combines taxonomy authoring, document tagging, and pre-built foundation taxonomies in a single package for integration with Oracle Secure Enterprise Search. DataFacet enables all documents in Oracle Secure Enterprise Search to be tagged by and the searched with meta-data from any data sources or connectors. Users are able to import foundation taxonomies, manage or customize the taxonomies, and tag documents with taxonomy categories. Then, DataFocus takes advantage of the existing clustering feature in Secure Enterprise Search to enable the user to drill down through search results based upon the hierarchical taxonomy categories to which documents have been classified. The end user gets greater search results relevance and a more sophisticated search experience. The WAND DataFacet solution is offered as part of the Oracle Partner Network.
