He was formerly Chairman and Regional Manager Americas Region of ING Barings, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ING (U.S.) Capital Holdings, Inc. He built INGs banking and investment banking business over a 20-year career. Mr. Grijns also chairs WANDs compensation committee.
